Product Manager based in the U.K.

What do you do for fun?
When I have time, the only free time I have, I spend it with my girls. I also like to go surfing in southern U.K. when I can.

What do you love about your job?
The best thing about my job is definitely seeing my ideas go into production.

What gets you motivated every day?
My two daughters jumping on my bed and waking me up. Despite that, I am motivated every day to go to work, I enjoy it.

What is the most interesting thing that has ever happened to you on a bike?
I once ran over a black lab when I was riding in the dark. I didn't see it because it was very cleverly disguised. I went over the handlebars and I took the dog back to the nearest house which was, luckily, where it was from. I was a bit worried about the dog but it ended up being fine.

If you could be a superhero, who would you be?
Dora the Explorer because of the adventures she goes on and my daughter would be two very happy little girls if I was Dora.
