Personal Advocacy

While lending support to organizations such as these is important, perhaps the most vital bicycle advocacy is one that you take on personally. That's why we at CSG encourage you to ride a bike whenever you can.
Ride for pleasure. Ride for self-reliance. Ride to save money. Ride for the good of the planet, using your bike for both transportation and recreation.
Please...ride your bike and help CSG support others who do the same.
Advocacy
Our Mission
Pick your route to work, to school, or to the grocery store. Ride along the street, waving to pedestrians and grinning wildly with the pleasure of riding a bicycle. Ride your bicycle for the good of the planet, using it for transportation and recreation. Ride your way to freedom from high oil prices. Ride for self-reliance. Please... ride your bike and help us support others who do the same.
Spreading the word about bikes – their health and environmental benefits, and even how bikes can empower and improve entire communities – is one of CSG's continuing goals. Cycling Sports Group is proud to support the following organizations and their efforts to strengthen the bicycling community and bicycle advocacy. Ripon College's Velorution

After the inaugural year of the program, the college tore out two roads that bisected campus and put in a paved pathway. The campus makeover created a learning environment that is pedestrian- and cycling-friendly, and encouraged a healthier student body. CSG is proud to support a progressive, forward-looking institution like Ripon with bicycles that solve today's real-world challenges.
